Kevin L. Ross

Kevin L. Ross is a Partner at Lerners LLP in London. He maintains a wide-ranging dispute resolution practice that includes commercial litigation, insurance defence, health law, personal injury, and class actions for defendants and plaintiffs. In his 40 years of experience, Kevin has earned a reputation for exceptional advocacy and for his ability to balance stellar legal acumen with good judgment and common sense. He is certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario.

For more than 10 years, Kevin served on the Board of Directors of the London Health Sciences Centre. He also served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Lawson Health Research Institute for four years. In these roles, Kevin was responsible for establishing good governance frameworks, including: risk, budgetary, financial, quality, and performance management and oversight.

Among Kevin’s many honours are receiving the Windsor Law “Distinguished Alumni Award” (2021); being made a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (2015); and being selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2006.  He lectures at Western Law and Windsor Law, and is frequently invited to present training development programs at various legal education organizations

Kevin has a B.A. from McMaster University and was awarded his LL.B. by the University of Windsor. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984.
