Greg Monforton

Greg Monforton is the Co-founding Partner of Greg Monforton & Partners in Windsor, where he practices injury law in a variety of areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and defective medical products. A well-known trial lawyer, Greg is the former President of the Head Injury Association of Windsor and Essex County, and a past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Certified Specialist by the Law Society of Ontario in Civil Litigation.

Greg’s leadership has been recognized by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s Distinguished Service Award and the Celebration of the Personal Injury Bar, Plaintiffs’ Counsel Award. In every year since 2006, he has been named a leading practitioner of personal injury law by both Lexpert and Best Lawyers in Canada. He is a member of the Advocates’ Society and the American Association of Justice, and wrote a weekly legal column in the Windsor Star for more than 10 years.

Greg was awarded an LL.B. by the University of Windsor.
