Kathryn Whitehead is a Founding Partner of Ain Whitehead LLP, a four-member firm in Barrie, with a practice focused on real estate and wills and estates. As well as residential real estate purchases, sales, and mortgages, she has a particular emphasis on private mortgage lending and mortgage enforcement. She is also experienced in complicated estate planning including primary and corporate wills, international wills, and various trusts.
Kathryn is the President of the Simcoe County Law Association, and the past President of the Barrie Real Estate Lawyers’ Association and the Estate Planning Council of Simcoe County. In the community, she the Vice-President of the Barrie Community Foundation where she chairs the Fund Development Foundation; and Gilda’s Club, which provides support for individuals and families with cancer.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
