Natalia Rodriguez

Natalia Rodriguez is a Partner at Conway Litigation in Ottawa, with a practice focused on commercial litigation, public law, and appellate advocacy. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and Federal Court of Appeal. From 2012-14, she was Commission Counsel for the Commission of Inquiry into the collapse of a mall in Elliot Lake, and last May was appointed Senior Counsel to the Public Order Emergency Commission into the federal declaration of emergency early last year. She holds top secret security clearance.
Prior to entering private practice, Natalia clerked for Supreme Court Justice Louis LeBel, and for three Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She’s a sought-after speaker and writer on diversity-related legal issues, is a member of the Law Society of Ontario’s equity advisory group, and the Director of Policy and Programs for the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association. Natalia is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the County of Carleton Law Association, and both the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, and was awarded a J.D. by Queen’s University.
